OUR PURPOSE

The sole purpose of the Vegas Song Campaign is to raise funds to feed the hungry. If this is something your non-profit organization does, you may be eligible to receive some of those funds. We don’t want anyone to be left out.  

OUR PRINCIPLES

We are not connected to any organization that markets Las Vegas nor are we affiliated with any political, religious or other institution. Our hearts are focused on the hungry. We believe that by uniting for this one purpose we’ll all enjoy the win-win outcomes this campaign was designed for.

Our win-win paradigm also means doing your part to spread the word about the Vegas Song Campaign. Once registered, another email will include templates, tips for contacting your supporters and more helpful items. It’s in ALL our best interest to let as many people as possible know about our campaign. That’s not all. 

 You’ll also get a CODE to share with your staff and supporters for “Early Bird” merchandise and tickets on our website at a 20% DISCOUNT.

You will also receive promotional materials and perks, such as invites to events, show tickets, and more. With no cost to you, that’s a win-win!  

HOW DOES MY ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATE?

We are reaching out to as many charities as possible. ONLY your designated person can start the process by clicking on the CONTACT link and putting “CHARITY” in the title. Make sure to tell us about your organization. Jenann Logan is our Community Outreach Director. (NOTE: We will communicate with only ONE designated representative for privacy and security reasons. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO REGISTER?

Registration ceases December 1. After that, this page will only list organizations participating in the Vegas Song Campaign (Sponsors will be on another page). All listings will include basic info about each organization and link to their websites (unless you choose to opt out).  

 

WHEN WILL FUNDS BE DISPERSED?

We will not disperse funds until the campaign has ended and final numbers have been calculated by our accountant. We insist on oversight. Registered charities will select from among themselves (3) representatives to ensure campaign funds are dispersed fairly, i.e., in accordance with the terms our agreement. (Also, all organizations must agree not to promote any agenda outside the focus of hunger will be asked to cease their activity or risk removal and/or loss of funding). 

 If an organization helps 5% of the hungry in our region and we raise $2 million, that organization will receive $100,000. If you receive a percentage of assistance from another organization, that must be factored in. We want a fair distribution and win-win outcomes for everyone—especially the hungry! 

 

VEGAS SONG IMPORTANT DATES

  • August 15

    Early Bird Tickets and Merchandise go on sale.

  • September 15

    Official Kick-Off with press conference and other events.

  • December 1

    Last day to register as a charity.

  • December 15

    Tickets to general public go on sale.

  • March 5

    Weekly live shows begin.

  • April 1 & 2 

    Semifinals.

  • April 13

    Finals. End of Vegas Song Campaign.
