Ron Richerson, CEO
Ron is a composer (co-writer of, “Vegas, Las Vegas”), musician, author, artist and certified life coach who’s passionate about using his gifts to help others. He has volunteered for many charitable causes. The Vegas Song Campaign is more than a cause for him, it’s a calling. Ron has called Las Vegas home since 1972, graduated from Ed W. Clark High and majored in music at UNLV. He’s a former keyboard player/music director with the U.S. Air Force Band, church music director and an inaugural member of the Las Vegas Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Linda Lapointe, President
Linda hails from Gulf Breeze, Florida. She has served as a board member and advisor for a battered women’s shelter, ran a campaign in Florida that raised over $1 million and has been courted to be a spokesperson in other endeavors. Like Ron, she cannot stand to see children go hungry. Together they supported a large orphanage in Uganda, Africa. However, they feel a call to end hunger in the U.S.A. and have now turned their attention to this campaign.
